Customer Review: Amazon STILL doesn't know how to ship them

Judging by the picture on the box, these glasses are beautiful. However, the large pile of shattered crystal I have received both times has been rather disappointing.
Amazon has sent these glasses to me twice, both times with the same result. They simply place the Lenox box within an Amazon box. The Lenox box is packed well within the Amazon box, but the glasses have no padding or dividers within the Lenox box. They smash each other to pieces during shipment. I would love to have these glasses, but I have yet to receive even one intact.
Amazon has been very responsive and helpful with the returns. My only complaint is with the method of shipping.

Taking its inspiration from the Tuscany Vineyards, Lenox has captured the sensual pleasures of Italy in this taster's collection of beautiful crystal stemware.Invoking the spirit of Italian vineyards, Lenox has created the Tuscany Classics line of stem- and barware with beautifully balanced proportions and shapes. These full-lead crystal martini glasses feature a classic conical design that bells outward slightly, creating an elegant profile and a comfortable lip. Sophisticated and easy to hold, the glasses provide a surprisingly stable purchase at the top of the stem, so warm hands don't heat up a chilled drink. Each glass holds 10 ounces and stands 8-3/4 inches tall. Lenox includes a lifetime replacement policy with the set. Washing by hand is recommended. --Emily Bedard
